Throughout his career, Nic founded, built, and managed three thriving real estate agencies, leading them to success with a mix of vision, hard work, and innovation. Along the way, he's navigated complex property markets, overseen rent roll acquisitions and mergers, and developed marketing strategies that consistently deliver outstanding results. One of Nic's proudest achievements is mentoring and supporting teams to achieve their best. Jannine is an accomplished real estate professional with over 36 years of experience in the industry, including an impressive 25 years dedicated to Property Management. Throughout her career, Jannine has built a reputation for her deep knowledge of the real estate market, her ability to navigate complex property management challenges, and her commitment to providing exceptional service to both property owners and tenants. Jannine began her career in real estate in the mid-1980s, driven by a passion for the industry and a desire to help people find suitable homes and investment opportunities. Nick has over 26 years of experience in Real Estate, and is a local resident of Burswood Peninsula. Nick has an in-depth knowledge of strata regulations and bylaws, and has sold thousands of properties in many facets of real estate; from new homes, land, established houses to new, and off-the-plan apartments. With a high standard of business ethics, exceptional negotiating and communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, Nick looks forward to assisting all potential vendors and purchasers on their Real Estate journey. Since then, Natasha expanded her expertise to include trust accounting, marketing, and selling residential properties. At Deximal Property Services, Natasha works alongside a dedicated sales team committed to delivering exceptional results. Her expertise ensures that every transaction runs smoothly, allowing the sales team to focus on achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Elizabeth (Liz) has a background in the disability services sector, where she spent nine years developing strong organisational and client support skills. Now in her role as Receptionist and Administrative Support at Deximal, she helps ensure daily operations run smoothly. She enjoys creating a welcoming environment for clients and assisting with administrative tasks to support the team. With a focus on efficiency and attention to detail, Liz helps keep everything running behind the scenes.

Tenille is an experienced property manager with a strong background in overseeing residential properties. With six years in the real estate industry, she has developed great knowledge in Property Management and excels in her role. Dedicated to maximising property value and ensuring tenant satisfaction, Tenille takes a proactive approach to property management. From tenant relations to legal compliance and property upkeep, she ensures that every aspect of the property runs smoothly. Tenille is known for her strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to maximize property value for owners. Holding a Real Estate Management Certification, she stays updated on industry trends and legal regulations to provide top-notch service. Tenille is calm, proactive, respectful and is a pleasure to deal with, she enjoys building long term relationships and friendships with her clients. When not managing properties, Tenille enjoys spending time with family, exploring local parks and attending in community events. As a parent, she values work-life balance and understands the importance of a home that meets the needs of families. Tenille is preparing to welcome a new addition to her little family and will be on Maternity Leave from mid-March 2025. She looks forward to re-connecting upon her return and continuing on with providing the best possible service to her clients.

Assistant Property Manager
May is an experienced and dedicated Property Manager, originally from Myanmar (Burma), who brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse background to her role. With over three years of experience as a self-employed sales and leasing real estate agent, May has worked across both residential and commercial properties, managing client relationships, leasing agreements, and property sales. In March 2022, May relocated to Australia and adapted quickly to the Australian culture and work environment. May’s passion for real estate led her to step into the Australian property market, initially working as a receptionist and an assistant property manager. In parallel, she pursued her Certificate IV in Property Management, equipping herself with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the Australian real estate landscape effectively. With her clear drive for continuous professional development, May is excited to grow and advance her career in the Australian real estate industry. May holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from her studies in Myanmar, showcasing her academic dedication and strong communication abilities. Mark Jones
Licensed Director
Mark has over 30 years of experience in buying, selling, leasing and managing a diverse range of property types and has worked for a Federal Statutory Authority, Real Estate Agents and specialist Science Park Managers.
Mark joined the Freemasons WA group working for MCWA over 7 years ago and is engaged in managing the State Property Portfolio which includes responsibility for our Rental Villages ranging from Port Hedland to Esperance and the disposal of redundant properties and the acquisition of new property assets.
Mark is now also the principal and licensee for Deximal Property Services. Mark is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Certified Property Manager (Property Council of Australia) and holds a Diploma in Real Estate Management.

Daniel Ganon
General Manager
Bringing to the table over 25 years of experience in the franchising, financial services and real estate sectors in senior management roles, Daniel was the General Manager for a large real estate organisation and has joined the Deximal directorship, bringing with him a wealth of current experience and knowledge from the sector.

Daniel has the leadership responsibility for the Deximal team, including oversight of day to day operations. Daniel is fully committed to providing landlords, tenants and suppliers alike with a personalised service that meets expectations and develops long term successful relationships.
Daniel is suitably qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Diploma of FSMBM, and is committed to ensuring the Deximal team is appropriately qualified, in all aspects of the business of Property Management.

He is a local resident on Burswood Peninsula and has an in-depth knowledge of strata regulations and bylaws, having been on the council of owners for eight years, three of those as chairman.
Nick has sold thousands of properties in many facets of real estate from new homes, land, established houses, and new and off the plan apartments.
